Loyalty Program of UkrAVTO Corporation – already more than 5 thousand clients

Loyalty Program of UkrAVTO Corporation CarMan@CarWoman, which started on October, 2008 already actively used on most enterprises in Kyiv, and counts more than 5000 clients.
Up to date Loyalty Program of UkrAVTO Corporation is working at 6 enterprises: Universal-Auto, Blitz-Auto, Petrovka-Auto, Autocentre na Kolcevoy, Autocentre na Borschagovke and Brovary-Auto. It is planned to expand program on the most part of regional enterprises in April, and on all UkrAVTO network enterprises to the end of 2009.

Unlike many other similar programs, CarMan@CarWoman passed approbation period, all fails in work of the program were exposed and corrected. It was prepared and implemented the special software for its effective use. Personnel, working with this program, passed the special training. And preparatory work was conducted on adaptation of salons to the terms of Loyalty Program realization by all enterprises, participating in the program.
Due to the terms of Loyalty Program, every buyer of car or service, by making purchase on a sum exceeding 500 UAH, in the UkrAVTO network can participate in it. After filling the program participant questionnaire, a client gets a discount card on services and spare parts in the UkrAVTO network, and also discounts on services and products of partners of Loyalty Program. Clients have a right to get second discount card for a spouse/wife, relatives or friend with a joint account for the most rapid achievement of maximal level of discount. The size of discount is increased proportionally to the sum of money, spent in UkrAVTO network, and can grow to 7%.
