In 2003 signing of the Agreement between AvtoVAZ Open Joint-Stock Company, UkrAVTO Corporation and ZAZ resulted in production of Lada-21093 and Lada-21099 cars based on the production facilities of Zaporizhzhya Automobile Building Plant.

To meet fully Lada cars buyers’ requirements a separate subdivision — Auto-Technology LLC was established within UkrAVTO Corporation system that sells these cars directly to buyers. Auto-Technology has about 100 trade representative agencies all over Ukraine.
