March 2003 was noted by signing of the exclusive Distribution Agreement between UkrAvtoZAZ-Service, Ukrainian Motor Corporation’s Affiliated Company, and General Motors Corporation on importation and production of Opel cars in Ukraine. The present Agreement enabled to establish standard and more obtainable prices of different Opel models for all Ukrainian clients. Delivery terms of the cars and their spare parts were considerably reduced due to formation of a single cars distributional warehouse. Development of the firm service stations network became an important positive change in the Company’s warranty and service policy.
At the same time Adam Opel AG Company, UkrAvtoZAZ-Service and Zaporizhzhya Automobile Building Plant signed the Agreement on import, assembly, distribution and service of Opel Vectra, Astra and Corsa models on the territory of Ukraine.
